Built on Industry Experience
From specialist CHPP workforce support to multidisciplinary minerals processing capability.
Our Story
How Carroll CHPP Consultancy Began
Carroll CHPP Consultancy was established in 2017 by Stanley Carroll, after recognising a growing need within the resources industry for experienced, multi-skilled personnel who genuinely understood Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP) operations. What began with a focus on providing capable and experienced people has grown into a comprehensive minerals processing business supporting mining operations across Australia. Today, Carroll CHPP Consultancy provides end-to-end solutions spanning CHPP operations and maintenance, metallurgy and laboratory services, engineering and project support, workforce solutions, and training and development. While our capabilities have expanded, the foundation of the business remains the same—experienced people, practical industry knowledge and a commitment to delivering safer, more reliable and higher-performing operations for our clients.
