The Requirement
Kestrel required dedicated laboratory capability to support its CHPP operations, coal quality requirements and day-to-day processing decisions.
Carroll's Support
Carroll CHPP Consultancy supported the establishment of the laboratory, including laboratory installation and the provision of experienced personnel to support ongoing laboratory operations. Our involvement brought together practical CHPP knowledge and specialist laboratory capability, with technicians working as part of the broader operational environment and supporting the information required by site and processing teams
Outcome
The project established dedicated laboratory capability to support ongoing testing, analysis and operational decision-making at Kestrel, backed by experienced Carroll personnel and continued workforce support.
